Book in for 1 hour of personal training with me and we will train together at Invictus Gym in Dundonald.
This is a pay as you go service - book as often as you want, when you want. No commitment required - you can do it once and never look back, or come back every day!
Note: Timeslots are first come, first served, with priority given to package/block members, so you may not always be able to get the same time slot every week.
