Refund policy

In general, refunds will not be provided unless I am unable to provide the services to you, or if there are severe extenuating circumstances that can be proven.  Refunds will be addressed on a case by case basis, as they arise.

Refunds may be considered if:

  • I am unable to deliver the session due to my own circumstances
    • In these cases, the session may be credited to be used at another date
  • A serious medical issue prevents you from training (proof may be requested)

Refunds are not granted for:

  • Missed or late cancelled sessions
  • No shows
  • Lack of gym access fee
  • Expired/unused PT sessions
  • Loss of motivation of schedule changes
  • Disappointment in results

Extenuating circumstances will be handled as they occur with discretion.
