Refund policy
In general, refunds will not be provided unless I am unable to provide the services to you, or if there are severe extenuating circumstances that can be proven. Refunds will be addressed on a case by case basis, as they arise.
Refunds may be considered if:
- I am unable to deliver the session due to my own circumstances
- In these cases, the session may be credited to be used at another date
- A serious medical issue prevents you from training (proof may be requested)
Refunds are not granted for:
- Missed or late cancelled sessions
- No shows
- Lack of gym access fee
- Expired/unused PT sessions
- Loss of motivation of schedule changes
- Disappointment in results
Extenuating circumstances will be handled as they occur with discretion.
