Beginner Packages
Are you a newcomer to the gym, personal training or fitness? Not sure where to start or whether you'll stick to it? Maybe you just haven't trained for a while and need some help? I've got you!
These 4 week introductory packages are designed to gently introduce newcomers to the gym, and welcome back previous gym-goers, without a long commitment. If you love it, there's plenty of ways to continue!
Personal Training
The hands on experience! One to one personal training sessions, together in the gym. You will have absolute confidence that what you are doing is correct, safe and effective.
Online Coaching
Progress your fitness goals yourself with tailored nutrition and training plans, but still keep the accountability of a coach via regular check in's on progress and adjustments to plans. Ideal when you need some help, but are happy to train on your own, and want some accountability to keep you on track!
Hybrid Coaching
The best of both - Traditional 1-on-1 personal training combined with online accountability. This provides the flexibility of having a plan that you can work with, whilst still having some in person working sessions to get that extra boost and keep you on track!
