3 Sessions Weekly Intensive

Many clients opt for training multiple times a week with me, and to support that dedication, I am offering this service at a discounted rate!

Your three sessions MUST be booked and used in the same 7 day week (Monday-Sunday).

When booking, you will only be able to book the first date - then you will receive your confirmation email which will contain a link to book the rest.  This is just a quirk of the booking app I am using, sorry!

Each session lasts for 1 hour with me @ Invictus Gym in Dundonald.
